Filmed at Glastonbury Festival 2025, Levelling The Field follows the second year of Levelling the Field’s groundbreaking trainee programme for the Disabled and Deaf community at The Common.

Through the experiences of trainees, alumni, mentors and programme leaders, the film explores how hands-on festival work, mentoring and access support can open up backstage careers.

Travelling from The Common to West Holts, it asks what meaningful inclusion looks like for the people shaping live events behind the scenes.
